Alessandra Picotte: Boynton Beach, florida, United States; My name is Alessandra Picotte. I'm a balloon decorator design. In addition to running Enchanted Balloon *my true passion* I bring over years experience planning corporate and special events. When I started my family, had my little boy, Tristan and I brought the Brazilian party traditions with me... Every year, I would re-create the beautiful magical moments of my childhood at my son's birthday party. And every year I would hear the "wows" and "oh my goshs" from all the others moms. That's how Enchanted Balloon Party and Event Decor was born.
